北京大学第三医院信息管理与大数据中心(简称：信息中心) 面向患者、临床、管理部门、全院职工提供优质、便捷和安全的医疗信息智慧化服务，以信息技术为支撑，通过整合和优化医疗信息资源，为医院的医疗、教育和科研提供可靠的业务与数据支持。智慧医院作为医院高质量发展的新动能，信息中心负责规划和实施智慧医院的整体架构，并承担多个院区的信息系统保障工作。同时积极推动新技术的研究与应用，将前沿科技成果融入智慧医院建设，不断提升医院综合服务水平。信息团队拥有丰富的经验和专业知识，在医疗信息管理、大数据分析、信息安全等领域具备领先的技术水平。我们将持续不断地追求创新，为医院的发展注入新的动力与活力。
多年来，信息中心始终深耕于医疗信息化与大数据应用的整体发展，在技术应用、学术研究、成果转化、创新实验等方面屡创佳绩，是首批通过《国家医疗健康信息互联互通标准化成熟度测评》五级乙等和新标准下的《电子病历系统功能应用水平分级评价》六级，并于2021年8月首批顺利通过《医院智慧服务分级评估标准体系（试行）》三级。同时，基于良好的应用基础与科研实力，信息中心承担含国家科技部、北京市自然基金等多项国家及省部级研究，为整个医疗信息化与大数据领域的发展做出了积极的贡献。

The Information Management and Big Data Center (referred to as the Information Center) of Peking University Third Hospital is committed to providing high-quality, convenient, and secure intelligent medical information services to patients, clinical staff, management departments, and all hospital employees. Supported by information technology, we integrate and optimize medical information resources to provide reliable business and data support for the hospital's medical, educational, and research endeavors.
As a driving force for the high-quality development of the hospital, the Information Center is responsible for planning and implementing the overall architecture of smart hospitals and ensuring the information system security of multiple hospital campuses. Concurrently, we actively promote the research and application of new technologies, integrating cutting-edge technological achievements into the construction of smart hospitals to continuously enhance the hospital's comprehensive service level.
The Information Center's team possesses rich experience and professional knowledge in medical information management, big data analysis, information security, and other fields, maintaining a leading technological edge. We are committed to continuously pursuing innovation, injecting new vitality and momentum into the development of the hospital.
Over the years, the Information Center has been deeply involved in the overall development of medical informationization and big data applications, achieving outstanding results in technology application, academic research, results transformation, and innovative experiments. We were among the first to pass the National Medical Health Information Interoperability Standardization Maturity Evaluation at Grade V and the Level 6 Evaluation of Electronic Medical Record System Function Application under the new standards. Additionally, in August 2021, we were among the first to smoothly pass the Level 3 Evaluation of Hospital Smart Services Standard System.
Moreover, leveraging our solid foundation in application and research capabilities, the Information Center has undertaken numerous national and provincial research projects, including those from the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Beijing Natural Science Foundation. We have actively contributed to the advancement of the entire field of medical informationization and big data through these endeavors.
